Support System

Welcome to your link for access to Synergy's web-based support system.

This link will enable you to log on and create an entry for problem resolution and track outstanding or open issues.  Our support system handles both technical and software problems with SWIFTAlliance, our SWIFT Service Bureau and ClaritySuite Software. 

Please note, our Help desk is available from 08:00 to 20:00 (UK) Mondays to Fridays and closed during weekends and bank holidays.
