Bumper Growth in 2009 for Synergy Financial Systems

In a year when many businesses have struggled to stand still, Synergy’s review of 2009 reveals a remarkable performance. The Synergy Service Bureau customer base grew by 30% in 2009 – the best growth figure since the Synergy Service Bureau went live in 2005.

Commenting on the performance, Synergy CEO Peter Sandhu said: “The Synergy team has performed exceptionally well in 2009. Our lean sales strategy backed up by a service delivery performance that enables us to use any of our Bureau Customers as a reference has paid dividends in 2009.”

Peter added: “Our overhead structure enables us to ensure that all our customers, new and old alike, benefit from competitive pricing. The real news is the cost, reliability and performance benefits offered by outsourcing to a quality SWIFT Service Bureau such as Synergy’s”.

Peter went on to say: “The Synergy Bureau team have worked very hard to ensure the best possible service delivery in a busy year. Their professionalism and diligence has really helped with our sales performance. Our customer survey showed a high level of satisfaction among our Bureau customers which has helped with winning new customers.”
