Continued growth in our customer base, which is forecast to continue over the coming years, has created two vacancies for talented software solutions support specialists.
You will:
- Support & implement Synergy’s ClaritySuite of solutions to Synergy’s SWIFT bureau and non-bureau customers.
- Ensure that solutions are delivered & maintained for availability and reliability.
- Provide expertise in the Application Server/Database technologies used by the ClaritySuite of applications (Websphere / Oracle).
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ COMPETENCES REQUIRED
- Advanced skills (over 2-3 years experience) in Application Server and Database technologies (e.g. Websphere or Oracle)
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of modern Computer Science technologies
DESIRABLE SKILLS/ COMPETENCES REQUIRED
- Business Continuity Expertise
- SWIFT messaging and process flow
- Project management skills
- Flexibility is very important in a small company and the ability to perform software development and test as needed in Java would be an attractive skill.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The roles are based at Synergy Financial Systems Nottingham office and will require travel to other company offices and customer sites, occasionally abroad.
