Synergy Financial Systems has been providing support services and software solutions to the SWIFT community since 1992. The Synergy Service Bureau became operational in 2005.

Synergy Financial Systems is a leading UK SWIFT Service Bureau providing support and hosting services to more than 100 organisations. These include banks, building societies, fund managers and corporates. Our customers continually tell us that we are special because we offer 2 things:
True Resilience - we do this by using two data centres, both continually active and located geographically remote from one another. Our network is engineered to ensure that there are no single points of failure and is entrusted to BT Radianz as a network provider. Resilience extends to the human side of the business too with operations conducted from multiple monitoring & control locations.

We are also careful to make sure that our pricing is transparent with no surprises and the majority of contracts offered on a fixed price basis. Our support contracts all include unlimited telephone support as well as no restrictions on on-site support.
