SWIFT Service Bureau was set up to provide a viable and low cost hosted
connectivity service to SWIFTNet for small to medium sized financial
institutions. Connectivity is via Synergy’s SWIFT Alliance Gateway (SAG) and
SWIFTAlliance Access (SAA) Server.
The mandatory migration to SWIFTNet Phase 2 will place a significant cost
and resource burden on all SWIFT members and many will seek to outsource
their operations to a third party service bureau. Synergy’s fully hosted
service offers you a secure, resilient and cost-effective environment that
removes your management burden and in-house operational complexities. It is
supported by a team of SWIFT certified specialists and backed by a
comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA).
The service provides complete resilience with full contingency via our
back-up data centre based in Nottingham as well as continuous system
monitoring from our Operations Centres in London and Nottingham. An
additional layer of connectivity monitoring is provided by a visual array of
all connections on large screens; this ensures an instant response from our
support team should any link change status or fail over to a standby
connection etc.
